Ngozi Muoneke is the CEO and Director of M3 Cosmetics Ltd, an іnnоvаtіvе соѕmеtісѕ mаnufасturеr based in East London, United Kingdom. Founded in 2008, M3 produces ԛuаlіtу Skіnсаrе, Hаіrсаrе, Pеrѕоnаl Cаrе, Nаіlсаrе, Mineral, Frаgrаnсеѕ аnd Colour Makeup.
Ngozi was born in the UK to Guyanese parents. She spent part of her childhood in Guyana where she attended East Ruimveldt Primary School before returning to the UK. Her mother, Yvonne Beckles-Lamazon (deceased) was originally from Georgetown but spent most of her adult life in Bartica. Her father, James Beckles-Lamazon, is from Pomeroon but now resides in London, England.
A trained pharmacist and married mother of 4, Ngozi launched M3 Cosmetics Ltd with her husband Chidi Muoneke. Balancing a full-time job at the time, Ngozi dedicated her evenings and weekends to her business – often working past 2am. Today, her hard work is paying off. Ngozi received the British Female Inventors and Innovators International Award in 2014 . In February, 2016 she was honor with the Be Mogul Award, a recognition awarded to the most influential and inspirational black business owners in Britain.

M3 manufactures a range of naturally made products skin care and cosmetic products using natural ingredients that include jojoba, Shea, mango, grape seed, sweet almond, avocado, aloe vera. The company also ship to the Middle East, South America and the West Indies. Ngozi’s goal is to sell through British department stores someday soon, before taking on the rest of the world.
